Prior to the 5K / 1 Mile start
Kids Race Fun Run - Ages 3 - 10 - Start Time: 8:00 a.m
Kids 3-5 - 200 Meters
Kids 6-10 - 1/2 Mile
Race Entry includes FREE T-shirt and Medal

This year in addition to packet pick-up, we will be hosting a happy hour fundraiser at Beer on the wall from 5-9. A portion of the proceeds from the sales in house or take home will be donated to our event! Please invite others!

The Course
​
​The Trot against trafficking 5K course starts and ends at Washington Elementary school near beautiful uptown Park Ridge. A very fast and flat USATF certified Course!

Join us on Saturday June 6th at 10 am following the post race celebration for a wonderful brunch spread including a Mimossa Bar at Holt's in Park Ridge - 43 S. Prospect!
​
Cost is only $10.00 per person and all proceeds will be donated to Selah Freedom!
​
